Mark Mardon, better known as Weather Wizard, is a recurring foe of The Flash in DC Comics.
He first appeared in The Flash #110 (December 1959) as a criminal who uses a specially designed wand to control the weather, creating storms, summoning lightning, and manipulating air currents.
Originally a common thief, Mardon gained his weather-controlling abilities when his brother, a scientist, shared his weather-altering technology before being killed. Blaming The Flash for his brother's death, Weather Wizard has become a persistent threat to Central City.
