Crazy Quilt, also known as Paul Dekker, is a visually impaired Batman villain appearing in The Lego Batman Movie (TLBM). He is a member of the group of villains that Joker recruits to prove Batman needs him.
Dekker, prior to becoming Crazy Quilt, was supposedly an artist who underwent an experimental procedure to restore his eyesight. This procedure, unfortunately, left him susceptible to flashing lights and vibrant colors which disorient him.
In The Lego Batman Movie, he uses his color-based mind control techniques to wreak havoc. Crazy Quilt doesn't appear to be a central character but rather a henchman who has a humorous presence within the movie's ensemble of villains. He is voiced by actor Chris Hardwick.
