Gar Saxon was a Mandalorian warrior known for his ruthlessness and loyalty to the Galactic Empire. He first appeared in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated TV show.
Following the rise of the Empire, Saxon served as its hand on Mandalore, becoming Imperial Viceroy and wielding considerable power. He enforced Imperial rule with an iron fist, suppressing Mandalorian independence and traditions.
His allegiance shifted from protecting his people to serving the Empire, leading him to conflict with other Mandalorians, including Bo-Katan Kryze and Sabine Wren. This ultimately led to his downfall in the Star Wars Rebels animated TV show.
