Biography:
Evil Penguin is a minor antagonist featured in The Lego Batman Movie. He is a member of the group of villains recruited by the Joker to defeat Batman.
He is depicted as a LEGO minifigure version of the classic Penguin character, complete with a monocle and a penguin-like nose. Unlike the comic version of the Penguin, he seems to simply be identified as 'Evil Penguin' in this incarnation, and is portrayed as a relatively simple and uncomplicated henchman.
His first appearance is in The Lego Batman Movie (2017) alongside a large number of other notable DC villains who make up the Joker's gang.
