Evil Penguin, also known as Penguin or Batleader, is a character featured in The Lego Batman Movie.
He is part of the larger group of villains recruited by Joker to fight against Batman. Like the other versions of Penguin, he is a short, stout bird-like man, but in LEGO form.
His first appearance is in The Lego Batman Movie, released in 2017.
Evil Penguin is portrayed as a criminal mastermind, leading his own gang of penguins and possessing advanced technology, all constructed from LEGO bricks. His role in the movie is primarily as part of the larger villainous ensemble attempting to take over Gotham City. He is voiced by an uncredited voice actor.
