The Mighty Micros version of Scorpion is based on the classic Marvel Comics villain, Mac Gargan. He first appeared as Scorpion in The Amazing Spider-Man #20 (January 1965).
In the Mighty Micros line, Scorpion is depicted in a cartoonish, miniaturized form, consistent with the LEGO theme's aesthetic. He's usually portrayed driving a vehicle related to his scorpion theme, often equipped with oversized pincers or a tail.
