Hawkgirl of the Justice Lords universe is a ruthless counterpart to the more heroic Hawkgirl of the mainstream DC Universe. She is a member of the Justice Lords, an alternate version of the Justice League who, after witnessing the death of Flash at the hands of President Lex Luthor, decided to take control of the world to enforce peace through authoritarian means.

Driven by a desire to prevent future tragedies, this Hawkgirl abandons the principles of justice and embraces a more pragmatic, albeit morally questionable, approach to crime fighting. She is willing to use violence and intimidation to maintain order, differing significantly from her Earth-One counterpart's dedication to upholding the law.

Like the mainstream Hawkgirl, she is Thanagarian and possesses wings allowing for flight, Nth metal armor and weaponry. However, the Justice Lords Hawkgirl displays a harsher demeanor and a greater willingness to cross ethical boundaries in pursuit of her goals, making her a formidable and chilling figure.
