Biography:
Missy, short for "Mistress," is a recurring character in the British science fiction television series Doctor Who.
Introduced in the eighth series of the revived show (2014), she is a female incarnation of the Doctor's arch-nemesis, the Master. The character's shift to a female form marked a significant development in the show's exploration of Time Lord regeneration.
Missy retains the Master's characteristic madness, brilliance, and penchant for chaos. Her plans are often elaborate and far-reaching, motivated by a desire to manipulate and torment the Doctor, sometimes even expressing a twisted form of affection.
