Electro, also known as Max Dillon, is a Marvel Comics supervillain primarily associated with Spider-Man. He first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #9 (February 1964).
Dillon gained his powers after being struck by lightning while working on a high-voltage power line. This accident transformed him into a living capacitor, able to absorb, store, and discharge electricity.
As Electro, he's a frequent adversary of Spider-Man, using his electrical abilities for both personal gain and as part of supervillain teams like the Sinister Six.
