Finn Mertens, also known simply as Finn the Human, is the primary protagonist of the animated television series Adventure Time.
Abandoned as a baby and raised by Joshua and Margaret, a dog couple, Finn grows up in the post-apocalyptic Land of Ooo. He is the last known human in Ooo for much of the series.
Driven by a strong sense of justice and a desire to do good, Finn dedicates his life to fighting evil monsters and helping those in need. He is courageous, adventurous, and fiercely loyal to his friends.
Throughout the series, Finn grapples with complex emotions, including loneliness, love, loss, and his own identity. He evolves from a naive and impulsive young boy into a more mature and self-aware hero.
