Finn Mertens, known primarily as Finn the Human, is a main protagonist in the animated television series Adventure Time, which first aired on Cartoon Network in 2010. He is voiced by Jeremy Shada and, during the show's pilot, Zack Shada.
Finn is a human boy living in the post-apocalyptic Land of Ooo. Found as a baby, abandoned in the woods, he was raised by Joshua and Margaret, Jake the Dog's parents. He considers Jake to be his brother and best friend.
