Lando Calrissian is a charismatic smuggler, gambler, and entrepreneur within the Star Wars galaxy. He initially appears in The Empire Strikes Back as the Baron Administrator of Cloud City, a floating Tibanna gas mining colony. Though initially betraying Han Solo and Princess Leia to the Empire under duress, Lando quickly redeems himself.

Motivated by guilt and a newfound sense of loyalty, he helps Leia, Chewbacca, and Luke Skywalker escape. Lando further cements his heroic turn by assisting in freeing Han from Jabba the Hutt at the beginning of Return of the Jedi.

He plays a pivotal role in the Battle of Endor, co-piloting the Millennium Falcon with Nien Nunb to destroy the second Death Star. Later in life, he continues to be involved in galactic events, notably helping the Resistance against the First Order in The Rise of Skywalker and assisting in the search for Luke Skywalker. Beyond these major actions, Lando's life is filled with exploits as a smooth-talking rogue with a strong moral compass.
