Tony Tony Chopper is a fictional character from the popular anime and manga series, One Piece. He first appeared in the Drum Island Arc of the series. Chopper is a reindeer who consumed the Hito Hito no Mi, a Devil Fruit that granted him human-like intelligence and the ability to transform into various human-reindeer hybrid forms.

Originally ostracized by his herd due to his blue nose and subsequently by humans due to his reindeer appearance, Chopper developed a deep sense of loneliness. He was eventually taken in by Dr. Hiriluk, a quack doctor, who taught him about medicine and gave him his name.

After Dr. Hiriluk's death, Chopper became a student of Dr. Kureha, who further trained him in medical arts. He possesses exceptional medical knowledge and serves as the doctor for the Straw Hat Pirates. Chopper's dream is to become a doctor who can cure any disease. The variant referred to as "Shibuya-ku Chopper" is part of a promotional campaign, likely a collaboration within the Shibuya district of Tokyo, Japan.
