Biography:

Lightning McQueen is a fictional anthropomorphic race car and the main protagonist of Pixar's Cars franchise. He first appeared in the 2006 film, Cars.

Initially arrogant and self-centered, McQueen is driven by a desire to win the Piston Cup and secure endorsements from Dinoco. His ambition often overshadows teamwork and sportsmanship.

During a fateful detour to Radiator Springs, McQueen is forced to learn humility and form meaningful relationships. He is mentored by the legendary Doc Hudson and falls in love with Sally Carrera, ultimately transforming into a more compassionate and selfless character. By the end of the first Cars Movie, Lightning McQueen is no longer focused solely on winning but on appreciating the journey and the friends he has made.
