The Grand Inquisitor is a prominent antagonist in the Star Wars animated series, *Rebels*. Serving the Galactic Empire, he leads the Imperial Inquisitors, a group tasked with hunting down and eliminating Jedi survivors following Order 66.
Prior to his service to the Empire, the Grand Inquisitor was once a Jedi Temple Guard, and possesses significant skills in lightsaber combat and Force abilities. He is known for his ruthlessness, analytical mind, and dedication to the Emperor's will. His objective is to eradicate any threat to Imperial dominance, especially Force-sensitive individuals.
He first appeared in the *Rebels* TV show, season 1, episode 1, "Spark of Rebellion (Part 1)" and serves as a primary antagonist for the initial seasons.
