Capricorn Shura is a character from the anime and manga series Saint Seiya, also known as Knights of the Zodiac. He is introduced as one of the 12 Gold Saints, elite warriors who serve the goddess Athena. Shura is the Gold Saint of the Capricorn constellation.
Shura's defining trait is his incredible mastery of swordsmanship. He is said to possess limbs as sharp as a blade, capable of cutting through anything. His signature technique is the "Excalibur," a powerful energy attack that emulates the legendary sword.
His first appearance is in the Sanctuary arc of the Saint Seiya anime, as an antagonist initially loyal to the false Pope Saga. Later, he comes to realize the truth and sacrifices himself to save the Bronze Saint, Shiryu, redeeming himself before death.
