Capricorn Shura is a Gold Saint in Masami Kurumada's manga and anime series Saint Seiya. He serves the goddess Athena from the Sanctuary in Greece.

Shura is renowned for possessing the greatest loyalty to Athena, though his initial actions suggest otherwise. He initially believed that Saga, the Gemini Saint, was the true and just Pope, unaware of Saga's evil nature. Consequently, he attempted to assassinate the infant Athena thirteen years before the main storyline.

His signature technique is "Excalibur," a powerful sword-like energy beam emanating from his arm. This attack is so sharp and strong that it can cleave through almost any substance. Shura is often regarded as one of the most physically formidable Gold Saints due to his mastery of this attack.

Later in the series, Shura recognizes his error and sacrifices himself to save Shiryu, one of the Bronze Saints. He bestows Shiryu with his Excalibur technique, entrusting him to use it for the cause of justice and Athena. He is resurrected by Hades as a Specter, but eventually redeems himself by fighting alongside Athena's Saints in the final battle against Hades in the Underworld.
