Android 18, originally a human named Lazuli, is a prominent character in the Dragon Ball Z anime and manga series. She was forcibly transformed into a cyborg by Dr. Gero (Android 20) with the intention of killing Goku.
Her first appearance is in the "Androids Saga" of Dragon Ball Z. Initially presented as a ruthless and powerful antagonist alongside her twin brother, Android 17, she demonstrated immense strength and a cold demeanor.
Over time, Android 18's personality evolved. After the defeat of Cell, she married Krillin and became a more benevolent figure, eventually fighting alongside the Z Fighters to protect Earth from future threats. She possesses superhuman strength, speed, and endurance, as well as the ability to generate energy attacks.
