Biography:

Anti-Venom is a Marvel character most famously associated with Eddie Brock, a former host of the Venom Symbiote. He first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #569 in 2008.

Eddie Brock, after being separated from the Venom Symbiote, developed cancer. While working at a soup kitchen run by Martin Li (Mister Negative), Brock was inadvertently cured by Li's healing touch. This process transformed the remnants of the Venom Symbiote within Brock's body, creating the Anti-Venom Symbiote.

The Anti-Venom Symbiote possesses powers that are the opposite of Venom's. It can heal injuries, remove toxins, and even cure ailments like Spider-Man's radiation poisoning. It has also been shown to be detrimental to other symbiotes, effectively burning them with its touch. The Anti-Venom symbiote has undergone various transformations and been wielded by other hosts in the Marvel Universe.
