Drax the Destroyer, born Arthur Douglas, is a Marvel Comics character known for his incredible strength and single-minded purpose: to kill Thanos.
Originally a human real estate agent whose family was murdered by Thanos, Arthur was resurrected by Kronos as a powerful warrior specifically designed to eliminate the Mad Titan. He possessed superhuman strength, speed, durability, and the ability to project energy blasts.
