Biography:
Arnim Zola is a fictional character appearing in Marvel Comics. Born in Switzerland, Zola was a brilliant biochemist during World War II, becoming obsessed with human experimentation and genetic engineering.
He developed techniques for transferring consciousness, most notably preserving his own by uploading his mind into a robotic body. This allowed him to survive for decades beyond his natural lifespan.
Zola became a key scientist for the Red Skull and Hydra, creating monstrous bio-engineered soldiers and supervillains. His most infamous creations include Doughboy and Primus.
