Biography:

Henry "Hank" McCoy, known as Beast, is a brilliant scientist and a founding member of the X-Men. His first appearance was in X-Men #1 (September 1963).

Originally possessing large hands and feet, with a simian appearance, Beast's mutation granted him superhuman strength, speed, and agility.

Through experimentation, Hank McCoy eventually mutated into a blue-furred, more overtly animalistic form. Despite his appearance, Beast retains his genius-level intellect and gentle nature, striving to use his scientific knowledge for the betterment of both mutants and humanity.

His extensive knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the X-Men, often serving as their medic and resident intellectual. He is driven to defend mutantkind from persecution.
