Bugs Bunny is an animated cartoon character known for his starring roles in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of theatrical shorts produced by Warner Bros.
In Space Jam 2: A New Legacy (2021), Bugs Bunny is essentially the same wisecracking, carrot-chomping character he has always been, but he's living a relatively isolated life within the Warner Bros. server-verse. He's pulled from his relatively solitary existence when he encounters LeBron James and works with the basketball star to rescue James' son Dom from the clutches of the rogue AI Al-G Rhythm.
As in the original Space Jam, Bugs acts as the leader and facilitator of the Tune Squad, guiding LeBron and his son through the wacky world of Looney Tunes basketball.
