Karli Morgenthau, portrayed by Erin Kellyman, is a character introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) Disney+ TV Show The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. She is a key antagonist, leading the Flag-Smashers, a group who believe the world was better during the Blip when borders were open and resources were shared more equitably.

Morgenthau and her group see themselves as freedom fighters, fighting against the Global Repatriation Council (GRC)'s efforts to return the world to its pre-Blip state. She is driven by a desire for a world without national borders, where resources are distributed fairly.

Karli acquired the Super Soldier Serum, enhancing her physical abilities. Her actions ultimately brought her into direct conflict with The Falcon (Sam Wilson) and The Winter Soldier (Bucky Barnes). Her first appearance is in "New World Order," the first episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
