Karli Morgenthau, portrayed by Erin Kellyman, is a character introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) Disney+ series, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
She is the leader of the Flag-Smashers, a group who believe the world was better during the Blip when borders were open and resources were shared. Karli and her group fight against the Global Repatriation Council (GRC), which seeks to restore national borders and pre-Blip conditions.
Motivated by a desire to help those displaced and forgotten, Karli becomes increasingly radical in her methods. She and her fellow Flag-Smashers were enhanced with the Super Soldier Serum.
