Catwoman (Noir) is Selina Kyle in an alternate reality depicted in DC Comics' Elseworlds storyline, "Batman: Gotham Noir." This version exists in a 1950s Gotham City steeped in classic film noir tropes.
Instead of being a costumed thief, Selina Kyle is the wealthy owner of the Kit Kat Club, a popular nightclub.
