EVA Unit-02, from the anime *Neon Genesis Evangelion*, is one of the Evangelion units created by NERV to combat the Angels. It first appears in episode eight.

Unlike Unit-01, Unit-02 is not directly derived from Adam. It is a Production Model, meaning it was designed and built based on lessons learned from the earlier prototypes.
