Rocko is the titular protagonist of the animated Nickelodeon series Rocko's Modern Life. He is a wallaby who emigrated from Australia to O-Town, seeking a better life.
First appearing in the pilot episode "Good Morning, O-Town" in 1992, Rocko embodies the anxieties of modern life, often finding himself bewildered by the absurdities and complexities of his new surroundings.
He works a mundane job at Kind of a Lot O' Comics, navigating the trials and tribulations of adulting alongside his best friends, Heffer Wolfe, a steer, and Filburt, a neurotic turtle.
