Wolver-ham is a humorous, alternate reality version of Wolverine from the Marvel Comics universe. He hails from Larval Earth (Earth-8311), a world populated by anthropomorphic animals.
Like his Earth-616 counterpart, Wolver-ham possesses retractable claws, enhanced senses, and a healing factor. However, instead of being a mutant human, he is a mutant wolverine - a literal, talking, fighting wolverine.
His origin mirrors Wolverine's in broad strokes. He was experimented on by "The Brewer," a parody of Weapon X, to create a super-soldier. This process enhanced his already existing animalistic abilities and grafted adamantium to his skeleton.
Wolver-ham is often portrayed as a member of the Zoo Crew, a team of animal superheroes dedicated to protecting their world. He retains Wolverine's gruff and aggressive personality, but the comedic context of Larval Earth softens the edges, making him a more lighthearted, albeit still dangerous, character.
