Guardian is a DC Comics character with various incarnations, but this description focuses on the version appearing in the animated series Young Justice.
This Guardian is Jim Harper, a Project Cadmus clone of Roy Harper (Speedy/Arsenal). He first appeared in the Young Justice episode "Independence Day, Part 1" (2010).
