Lena Oxton, callsign Tracer, is a fictional character from the Overwatch universe, first appearing in the game's announcement trailer in 2014.
A former Overwatch pilot, Lena was involved in an experimental aircraft test where she became chronologically unbound. She effectively disappeared from time.
Winston, a scientist and fellow Overwatch member, created a device called the Chronal Accelerator, which anchors Tracer in the present and gives her control over her own timeline. This device is visibly attached to her chest.
