Hope Summers is a mutant character in Marvel Comics, first appearing in X-Men #205 (2008).

She is considered the "mutant messiah," born after the Scarlet Witch depowered most of the mutant population. Hope possesses the ability to mimic and control the powers of other mutants around her.

Cable took her to the future to protect her from those who saw her as a threat. She eventually returned to the present, becoming a key figure in mutant affairs. Hope has been associated with the X-Men and other mutant teams.
