Gamora, portrayed by Zoe Saldana in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), is a prominent member of the Guardians of the Galaxy. She is a skilled warrior and assassin, initially known for her deadly reputation as the "Deadliest Woman in the Galaxy."
Adopted and trained by Thanos after he wiped out half of her race, the Zen-Whoberis, Gamora was raised as his daughter and weapon. Eventually, she turned against Thanos, seeking to atone for her past and prevent him from acquiring the Infinity Stones.
