Biography:
Hush, also known as Dr. Thomas Elliot, is a complex villain in the DC Comics universe.
Created by Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee, he first appeared in Batman #609 (January 2003). Thomas Elliot was a childhood friend of Bruce Wayne, but harbored deep resentment towards his parents, stemming from their intervention in his plan to inherit his family fortune after he arranged for their murder.
As Hush, Elliot is a master manipulator and strategist, often employing psychological warfare against Batman. He is highly intelligent, a skilled surgeon, and uses his knowledge to target Batman's weaknesses, both physical and emotional. His face is often depicted wrapped in bandages.
His schemes frequently involve manipulating other villains and exploiting Batman's past traumas. He represents a twisted mirror image of Bruce Wayne, highlighting the different paths their lives could have taken. He has frequently tangled with Batman's allies including Robin.
