Biography:

The PteraZord is a Zord from the TV Show Power Rangers Dino Thunder. It is based on the Bakuryuu Pteranodon from the Super Sentai series Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger.

The PteraZord is unique in that it is piloted by multiple rangers throughout the series. Kira Ford, the Yellow Ranger, pilots the Zord for most of the series. Trent Fernandez-Mercer, the White Ranger also took on the role of piloting it at times.

The PteraZord's first appearance is in the Power Rangers Dino Thunder episode "Day of the Dino, Part 1".
