Biography:

Finn, introduced in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Episode VII), is a former stormtrooper of the First Order. Born FN-2187, he was conscripted into service from a young age and trained to be a soldier.

During his first combat mission, Finn experienced a crisis of conscience and chose to defect, unable to participate in the First Order's brutal tactics. He adopts the name "Finn" from his former designation, FN, and escapes with Poe Dameron.

Following his defection, Finn allies himself with Rey and the Resistance, fighting against the First Order. He brings valuable inside knowledge of the First Order's operations and becomes a key figure in the fight for freedom in the galaxy.
