Biography:

Finn, introduced in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015), is a former stormtrooper in the First Order.

Originally designated FN-2187, he defected after witnessing the First Order's brutality. He plays a key role in the Resistance.

During his time as a stormtrooper, Finn worked as a Sanitation Technician. This role enabled him to learn the inner workings of Starkiller Base. He uses that knowledge later to help the Resistance.

He eventually fights alongside Rey and Poe Dameron, becoming a hero in the fight against the First Order.
