Amazo is a powerful android from DC Comics, created by Professor Ivo as a weapon against the Justice League. First appearing in 1960, Amazo possesses the ability to replicate the powers of any metahuman within proximity.

Initially, Amazo's design allowed him to absorb the abilities of the original Justice League members - Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, and Martian Manhunter. This made him an incredibly versatile and formidable opponent, capable of flight, super strength, speed, energy projection, and Martian telepathy.

Over time, Amazo's technology evolved. Later versions gained the capacity to permanently store and utilize absorbed powers, even after the original source was no longer present. He has been a recurring threat, consistently challenging the Justice League and requiring them to combine their abilities to defeat him.
