10,000 Volt Ghost, also known as the 10,000 Volt Man, is a fictional antagonist from the 1978 cartoon The Scooby-Doo Show, specifically the episode "The Gruesome Game of the Gator Ghoul."
His true identity is revealed to be Eddie, a disgruntled former employee of a pinball arcade. Motivated by revenge after being fired, Eddie utilizes his electrical engineering skills to construct a high-tech, electrically-charged suit.
