Rainbow Raider, also known as Roy G. Bivolo, is a DC Comics villain whose first appearance was in *The Flash* #286 (June 1980). Possessing the metahuman ability to perceive the world only in grayscale, Bivolo uses his artistic talents and specialized goggles to project solid beams of rainbow-colored light.
These beams induce emotional states in his targets, such as fear, anger, or joy. He often employs this power to commit art-related crimes, viewing himself as a misunderstood artist seeking recognition.
