Quartermaster Zombie, also known as Quartermaster or simply "QM", is a prominent, though undead, character in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. He primarily serves aboard the Queen Anne's Revenge, under the command of Captain Blackbeard.

His precise origins remain shrouded in mystery, but it's strongly implied he was one of the many souls Blackbeard resurrected, likely through the use of dark magic and his sword. This resurrection left him in a perpetually decaying state, hence the "Zombie" designation.

Quartermaster Zombie is a loyal and arguably one of Blackbeard's most reliable crew members. He's often seen carrying out the Captain's orders with unflinching obedience, participating in boarding actions, and generally ensuring the smooth operation of the ship, however cruel. While capable of basic speech, he rarely utters more than grunts or terse commands.

He is physically imposing, wielding various weapons with brutal efficiency. His undead nature grants him resilience to injuries that would incapacitate a living pirate, making him a formidable foe in combat.
