Rebel Troopers, also known as Alliance Troopers, served as the backbone of the Rebel Alliance's ground forces in their fight against the Galactic Empire. They were primarily infantry soldiers, tasked with a variety of combat roles including guarding bases, engaging in firefights, and piloting smaller ground vehicles.

Unlike the highly disciplined and standardized Imperial Stormtroopers, Rebel Troopers were a more ragtag group, drawn from diverse backgrounds and species across the galaxy. Their uniforms often varied, reflecting resourcefulness and a lack of centralized supply chains. Common attire included tan fatigues, flak vests, and helmets, although variations were common depending on the environment and availability of equipment.

Despite lacking the advanced training and superior weaponry of their Imperial counterparts, Rebel Troopers compensated with their unwavering commitment to freedom and a deep-seated hatred of the Empire. They often relied on guerilla tactics, utilizing their knowledge of local environments and working alongside various rebel groups and allies to disrupt Imperial operations and ultimately bring down the tyrannical regime.
