Quentin Beck, known as Mysterio, is a special effects artist and illusionist who uses his skills to commit crimes. Frustrated with his lack of recognition in Hollywood, he turned to villainy, creating elaborate schemes and illusions to terrorize his enemies.
In the film Spider-Man: Far From Home, Mysterio is presented as a hero from another dimension fighting alongside Spider-Man. However, it is eventually revealed that this is a complete fabrication using advanced drone technology and illusionary tactics. Mysterio's goal is to take the place of Iron Man as the world's most significant hero.
