Darth Sion is a Sith Lord from the Star Wars universe, first appearing in the video game *Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords*.
He was a Sith Marauder who lived approximately 4,000 years before the Galactic Empire. Brutally tortured, and killed, he developed the ability to sustain himself through the Dark Side of the Force.
This ability allowed him to reassemble his shattered body and become nearly unkillable as every wound healed, leaving scars. He was known as the "Lord of Pain" because of his reliance on physical agony to fuel his power.
Sion served under Darth Traya and Darth Nihilus in a Sith Triumvirate, seeking to destroy the Jedi Order. He was eventually defeated by the Jedi Exile, Meetra Surik.
