Arno Dorian is a fictional character appearing in the video game Assassin's Creed Unity, released in 2014.
Born in Versailles, Arno's early life is marked by tragedy when his father, an Assassin, is murdered. He is subsequently adopted by a Templar Grand Master, unaware of both his father's and adoptive father's affiliations.
Later wrongly accused of murder, Arno is imprisoned in the Bastille, where he befriends another Assassin and joins their ranks. Driven by guilt and a desire for redemption, he becomes entangled in the French Revolution while seeking to uncover the truth behind his father's death and navigate the complex conflict between the Assassins and Templars.
