He works as a special agent for the Ocean Patrol, dedicated to protecting the world's oceans from threats both natural and man-made. Often teaming up with his dolphin companion, Splasher, and other allies like Professor Fumble, Marine Boy confronts villains, solves mysteries, and rescues those in peril.
