Admiral Trench was a brilliant, albeit ruthless, Separatist admiral during the Clone Wars. A veteran of numerous conflicts prior to the war, Trench was a tactical genius, known for his cunning and strategic foresight.
Identifiable by his distinct arachnid-like appearance, a result of grievous injuries sustained in a past battle with Anakin Skywalker, Trench often commanded Separatist fleets and orchestrated devastating victories against the Republic.
He commanded forces in key battles such as the Battle of Christophsis (prior to Anakin's intervention) and orchestrated the blockade of Ryloth. He was often characterized as a cold and calculating leader, valuing efficiency and victory above all else.
While presumed dead on multiple occasions, Trench repeatedly resurfaced, proving to be a persistent threat to the Republic. He was ultimately killed during the Battle of Anaxes, when Anakin Skywalker, outmaneuvering him once again, destroyed his flagship.
