Bolla Ropal was a male Rodian Jedi Master who lived during the Clone Wars. He possessed an immense connection to the Force and was renowned for his ability to store and interpret kyber crystals, using them to record and transmit information. This rare and vital skill made him a key guardian of crucial data.

During the Separatist invasion of the Dantooine archives, Bolla Ropal bravely defended the location and its valuable information. He held off General Grievous and his droid army, using his knowledge of the Force to manipulate the environment and create obstacles. However, Grievous eventually overpowered him, capturing him and forcing him to reveal the location of kyber crystal memory.

Bolla Ropal was subsequently brought aboard Grievous's flagship, the *Malevolence*, where he was interrogated and ultimately executed for refusing to divulge further secrets. His death was a significant loss to the Jedi Order, depriving them of his unique abilities and valuable knowledge.
