Doreen Green, better known as Squirrel Girl, is a Marvel comic book character with squirrel-like abilities. She first appeared in *Marvel Super-Heroes* vol. 2, #8 (Winter 1991/1992), created by writer Will Murray and artist Steve Ditko.
Squirrel Girl possesses superhuman strength, speed, agility, and reflexes proportional to that of a squirrel. Her most distinctive ability is her control over squirrels, allowing her to communicate with and command vast hordes of them. She also has semi-prehensile tail and retractable claws.
She is known for her optimistic personality and surprisingly effective victories over powerful villains. In Lego form, Squirrel Girl is a superhero minifigure, often included in sets with other Marvel heroes and villains.
