Sean McManus is a fictional character, most notably known as the deputy warden in the HBO television series, Oz. He is portrayed by actor Terry Kinney.

McManus serves as a guiding moral compass within the brutal environment of Oswald State Correctional Facility, nicknamed "Oz." A liberal and idealist, he heads the Emerald City experimental rehabilitation unit, striving to create a space where inmates can confront their issues and reform.
